The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven, and passionate Coordinator of Supports. You will be responsible for providing professional and accountable coordination of services to assist the participant in achieving their goals.
This role is Part Time 19 hours per week and offers flexible working hours and hybrid work if you're looking for balance in your work from home days.

The successful applicant will possess or willingness to obtain the following: NSW Drivers Licence, NSW Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, first aid & CPR certificate and undertake a pre-employment functional medical.
